With this technique, auditory, tactile, and visual learning styles are combined, building a more powerful lesson for students. Kids with special needs really need to have all modes of learning. As the video mentions " Technology is important for visually impaired students, because for one thing, it allows them to be equal to their sighted peers. The speech synthesizer for the blind students that replaces a computer's monitor, converting all visuals on the screen to speech is astonishing. I will definitely use this in my classroom (if needed) to allow a student/s who have a visual impairment to be able to use a computer. I don't think people understand the importance of just being able to use a computer - until they can't. I have seen non-impaired people become hopeless and lost when they are disconnected from their technology, so having a technology that can allow someone to just use a computer who otherwise wouldn't be able to...is the bee's
