To create an effective program all these must come into play. As a result, it will increase public health. My philosophy revolves on improving an individual’s physical well-being. Exercising plays such an important role in our health that it is not only meant for athletes but for everyone to get involved. The combination of eating well and exercising regularly are the key to living a long healthy life. Some doctors tend to focus strictly on the diet of their patient, when it really is a cycle. You have to train hard and eat clean to see results. Even minor improvements in your life will help increase life expectancy as well as the quality of it. I want to help people understand how to live a healthy lifestyle. I will communicate and motivate my patients to work their hardest. Even though you may think you don’t need it, we all need some type of motivation to keep us going. I will practice what I preach, to get the respect from them. It is very important to set an example for those I’m trying to help.…

He helps the elders with I explained to him how I have a desire to change America in lowering the amount of obesity in children. I am intrigued in learning how biologically the functions of a human body change according to physical fitness and nutrition. I wanted to know as to why he personally decided on becoming a personal trainer. “The body is given to us to take care of, it’s a gift. “ When someone is given a gift and it’s not valued, well the gift begins to break. He said. Immediately I understood his process of thinking, as to why he trained so hard to become a great personal trainer. During the interview my understanding expanded more because…
