ABSTRACT
The study determined the Establishment of a Travel and Tourism Center in Bataan Peninsula State University. Specifically, the study focused on the profile of the respondents in terms of name, gender, age, civil status, college department and campus they belonged.

This research used the descriptive method of research in assessing the Establishment of a Travel and Tourism Center in Bataan Peninsula State University.
The population of the study is composed of seventeen (17) tour coordinators, and thirty-three (33) student tour coordinators of the six (6) campuses of Bataan Peninsula State University. Hence, the total who serves as respondents is fifty (50).

Data gathering on the Establishment of a Travel and Tourism Center in Bataan Peninsula State University was undertaken through the use of a survey questionnaire making use of an interview to a tour coordinator and student tour coordinators where in items in the questionnaire were adopted. The survey questionnaire is consisting of four (4) parts.

Part I dealt with the profile of the respondents which described the Personal Profile of the respondent factors in terms of name, gender, age, civil status, college department and campus. Part II dealt with the problems encountered by Bataan Peninsula State University during the conduction of educational tours. The researchers cited some problems such as: Destination’s availability; Weather condition; Looking for a trusted, cheaper but a quality Travel Agency and can comply to the university's requirements; Misunderstanding between the university's coordinators and Travel Agency operators; Meeting the students’ expectation; Collection of payments from the students; Conflict between the university and the parents of the students; and Tampering of prices by the students.

Part III dealt with the advantages of having a Travel and Tourism Center in Bataan Peninsula State University. The researchers cited some advantages of having a Travel and Tourism Center in the university such as: Accessibility; Travel and Tourism Center helps BPSU to be more competitive; gives not only additional income for the university but also an additional knowledge for the students especially those who are taking up Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM); It is more convenient not to look for any Travel Agency outside; easy arrangement of tours; assurance of having a well-organized, curriculum-based and quality tours; and considerate pricing.
