Reflection For Senior Project

I was inspired to do a senior project about health and fitness because in the future I would like to be a nutritionist. I also struggle with some health issues. Stress and not eating healthy is a major factor that makes my symptoms worse. I wanted to conduct an experiment and see if a healthy diet filled with healthy recipes and regular exercise would improve my health.

Throughout my senior project I have gained many transferable skills that will help me in the real world. Timeliness is the first skill. Creating a workout routine and a new diet plan taught me to use my time wisely. Each day I need to set time aside to go to the gym or to do a physical activity.
