PREFACE

Industrial training now a days is an essential part of course curriculum. The pattern of adopting newer methodologies for carrying out the trainings with the help of research and surveys has revolutionized the pattern of study. The decisions are to be taken judiciously to carry out the appropriate training; the emphasis is on the quality of surveys that is being carried out other than the industry exposure objective. Regarding the training that has been carried out at MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE (MNYL) covers the overall operations of the company, preferences of the customer,recruitment and training of financial advisors,financial products provided by Max New York Life. It even takes into account the survey being conducted regarding consumers and agents working for MNYL. The questionnaire has been framed chronologically, keeping in mind to cover the customers, existing agents and prospect agents. and the overall experience of agents and customers. It also provides insight into vision and mission of the company and values MNYL holds.It also provides the guidelines for future improvements.
