Recall back the year that had just pass by - 2014, this year is really a bad year in the airline history due to because of the airplane incident. One of the well know world class airlines company in Malaysia - MAS, also know as Malaysia Airline System Berhad (Former listed in Malaysia Stock Exchange Main board as 3786.KL ) has become the biggest loss airline company among the others because there have 2 airlines incident involve with MAS airplane that is MH370 happened in March 2014 and MH 17 happened in July 2014.
On March 8 2014, a flight MH 370, carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew member which operated by Boeing 777-200 aircraft goes missing after departed Kuala Lumpur at 12.41am. After this incident happened, there have a lot of rumors coming out and Malaysia government and related organization is just like a ants on a hot pan and confusing about what to do, without knowing the exactly location of the flight, Malaysia Airlines search and rescue team really have a problem to search the flight because everywhere is possible. After few month of searching without result, Malaysia Government had declared this incident as accident.
This incident mainly target family of the passenger of the flight MH370 to make sure they had been given a satisfaction explain and compensation. After the incident happened, MAS had quickly activate their search and rescue team to search the airplane in possibly area, not just that MAS also quickly set up a media center for media so that they can update the news in first hand once they have any new about the flight. The way of communication is very important to dealing this crisis and is very hard to comfort the family down because of the flight missing is mystery and without and explanation. MAS has arrange all the family of 239 passenger from 14 countries to Malaysia and settle down them in a hotel so that they can inform them once they have a related news.     During the preflight and the flight the crew demonstrated how the lack of communication of small details can be deadly. The flight crew should have discussed and medication they were taking during the preflight. Also the flight crew should have discussed the decent and the landing while performing the steps.
