AC 1.2. Evaluation of Principal Factors that affect Performance and Motivation in Workplace
There are positive role models as individuals who have achieved are appreciated. As some floors are executing the task and carried out in a better understanding of ways. Thus, all negative roles are still present as staffs who do not follow the execution of daily task were given a meeting and keep motivating them to do the best for their responsibilities and for benefit of residents and home.
In order to get the best performance from employees, there needs to be some kind of motivation. However, by conducting monthly regular meetings, and rewarding them in terms of annual pay. There are many individuals who have the attitude that they work to be paid

I have implemented the theory to the nursing home as my workplace by implementing achievement of the daily allocation sheet based on day and night shifts. I have also given jobs to the individuals who were with appropriate skills like two staff members who were interested in doing more activities, knowledge, and spending effort with residents and benefits that recommend to immense their knowledge for the management that endure some special training inactivity that has been unsuccessfully running. On the other hand, those two members who were happy in doing their job and they put more efforts and input for the residents. In this way, there are some extra training courses that can be carried forward in the career.
Moreover, affiliation can also be managed throughout my workplace in a motivational manner as I have enhanced the number of one to one personal meetings with myself in order to discuss with the members of my team who feel that there is a negative work

It happens because more individuals are involving in daily task that was executed and wanted to achieve more from their given job role, more staff members come forward to pursue more responsibility by means of extra jobs and training to add their knowledge and skills. There are individuals who are already selected have brought a positive attitude to the delegated jobs that achieved considerably in maintaining a good structured routine to resume their jobs and carried out correctly.
Moreover, affiliation is targeted by new personal one to one meeting who do not perform their job role that has been allocated as meeting is provided to those who are negatively approaching work through low confidence in task along with recognition for their skills.
For me, team building has a positive outcome with respect to power and mainly staff understands the benefit of implementation of daily task allocation sheet. The teamwork of the staff considering their job role is an important input for the organisation. It is mentioned that motivational theory is resulted positively that will remain inputted in motivation of the staff.
I can say that motivational theory also motivated myself in different ways by remain confident to myself and by behaviour pattern understand the staff that makes
