Every trial or blessing that the Lord has given me is to help me grow in some way. Christ came to this earth to save all mankind. It is because of the love of Christ that we are all saved. I have had times when I am repenting and asking the Lord for forgiveness. It is through those times that I have felt a burden lifted. I know that through Christ my sins are forgiven. Without Christ these emotions of love and forgiveness would not exist. It is only through Christ that my worries are made light. I believe that because of Christ I will one day become perfect. I know all of these things because of the love the Lord shows me. I have felt his love and I know that it is real.

Jesus Christ Lives. I truly believe that he is the Savior of all mankind. I have been raised in a way that has created habits. These habits help me to gain a stronger belief in Christ. The daily events I go through prove that God is real. Having a belief in Christ is a process that over time has become something that I know is true. Through Christ all things are possible. Jesus Christ loves me and he will continue to live for

As a Christian, I believe that salvation is a free gift of God the Father that is received by man through their personal faith in the Son of God, Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for the sin of the world. I believe the Bible when it states that “The wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord”. I believe that man is justified by grace thorugh faith and not of works. AS staed by the Apostle Paul in the Book of Romans Chapter 4 verse 5 “To him that worketh not, but believeth on Him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness”. I lastly believe that all true believers, once saved, are kept secure in Jesus Christ…

Jesus, who was he. Some believe he was the son of God. Others believe he was a man trying to steal the throne. Jesus taught christianity to others. He wasn’t the only one teaching it. His twelve disciples helped him. Jesus was a Jew and many people hate Jews (Like Hitler, for example). Some say he died and some say he didn’t. People who believe he died say that he was crucified on the cross for his teaching and for being a Jew. People who believe he didn’t die say that he risen and is now in…

I believe Christianity is based on life and teaching of Jesus as presented in Old and New Testament. There are three largest groups of Christianity in the world; they are the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox Church and the protestant sect which has many other denominations in it (McCalman 2009). As a young Catholic, I was to memorize many prayers, one being the Apostle Creed. In the creed it is stated that “Jesus suffered, died and was buried and in the third day He rose again, He will come to judge the living and the dead.” I was taught that He will return to judge and everyone who believes in Him and they will be given…

Before I was saved, I lived a very unhealthy lifestyle. Being the youngest in my family, I was constantly spoiled and protected. This led me to become a very prideful and ignorant child. I thought the world was great, my life was great, and I was great. Now I am not saying any of those things are not true, but my views changed quite a bit once I hit middle school. My sister had moved onto college at this point and I was alone to tackle middle school. I discovered a lot during those years but my biggest discovery was probably about my family. I learned that they weren’t the perfect figures I thought they were. My parents fought constantly and that left me devastated. On top of being spoiled and arrogant, I was also depressed.…

The Resurrection of Jesus is the ultimate evidence that He is the Christ, the Son of God, and the Savior of all God's creation. However, several people have different debates. There are several theories over the topic, “Did Jesus really rise from the dead?” Some of these concepts include; Did Jesus really die on the cross? Was He really raised from the dead? How was His body buried? Whatever the claims may be; a person’s faith is what really matters. “And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead….And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sin”. (1 Corinthians 15:14-17).…

    The Evidence of Jesus

I believe that Jesus existed; the bases of evidence for Jesus include the four Gospels in the Bible (found in the New Testament), the apocryphal gospels (not included in the Bible), Paul’s letters in the Bible, written sources (after the life of Jesus), circumstantial evidence, and archaeological evidence (McIntyre, 2010). From the above sources, the most ignored source is the circumstantial evidence. Christianity has been around for many eons. Arguably, Christianity has more supporters compared to other religions. Nonetheless, when we rewind our memories there was a period that Christianity did not exist. This raises the question why we have Christians like the complete, loner, bound, and dead Christians. The balanced cause and effect explains to us that sometimes back that something took place that changed the individuals who were not Christians to be converted to Christianity.…

    My Personal Faith

My faith has enabled me to handle life challenges from my past and present. Some of these challenges have been series of events that I could hardly believe were happening, while others came with great joy. At five years old, my younger brother, Chandler, died unexpectedly. This was a tough challenge for my whole family to face. This challenge could have easily torn my family apart but together, as a team with God, we worked hard at picking up the pieces and moving forward even when there were days that seemed to be impossible. In the fifth grade, I was diagnosed with a common learning disability known as Attention Deficit Disorder. I am faced with this challenge on a daily basis. I have learned to cope with this disorder over the years by making prayer and patience priorities in helping me conquer this challenge. This challenge was especially difficult during my SAT and ACT tests. Certain scores on these tests were required to get into college and play NCAA football. The stress and pressure of taking these tests felt unbearable at times. While studying and before and during each test, I would remind myself that, through God, all things are possible. With God by my side, I was able to achieve the scores needed to reach my college and athletic goals.…
