Odeon cinemas has a slogan of "Fanatical about films" weaknesses 1- The colors are not eye-catchitng, the blue and white are not well-matched together. (design)
2- The font is small (design)
3- the windows of each movie on the home page is relatively space-consuming (design)
4- brand image (from the website too)
5- the steps of the sign-up (complexity)
6- the wesbite doesnt clearly state the approved payments methods such as visa or master card (security)

The strengths of this website is that 1- you can easily book online by choosing the location of the cinema and the movie time and name (functionality)
2- you can buy any product you need- such as gift vouchers- by signing up for an account
3- The trailer for any movie is available to watch on the home page of the website, and you can get additional information about the same movie by clicking on the trailer window.(functionality)
4- The user can easliy rate the movie he or she has watched and the rate of the movie is clearly shown next to its trailer. In addition to that, the users are able to post comments (feedback)
5- there's no online banner for the movies the scrolls to show the updates of the websites. (design)
6- no disturbing pop ups(security)
