Confidentiality communication case study:
I believe that communicate is the basis of life, communication is the root to all events, daily interaction, social affairs and anything that requires the purpose of human dealings. One type of communication is verbal which is used in every day life which could be with anybody you may interact with in day to day life for example; Neighbours, colleagues, children, family, friends, partners, shop keepers etc, we are constantly in a state of communication. People communicate for a wide variety of reasons. Put simply our survival and success has been dependant on communication. Communications still plays a vital part in our survival, for example a baby will scream when it is hungry which is a form of communication, A child will speak if its In need of something, Someone may look at you and by judging their body language you can understand they may want to engage in conversations with you. Without communication the world would struggle when someone is ill they wouldn’t be able to tell a doctor, when someone needs help with something they wouldn’t be able to ask anybody, if someone was upset you wouldn’t be able to tell. Without effective communication work would be extremely difficult to co-ordinate and make successful, communication is essential to all parts of work and is an essential skill for workers who want to do well in their setting this communication can be between adults or children. Effective communication will make workers roll work and will enable them to develop their role as practitioner working with children and young people.
Not all people are able to communicate verbally because of lack of their confidence or they may speak a different language. That is why it is very important to observe their facial and body reaction, this means that the worker is going to miss out on a large part of communication if they don’t observe the persons body language.
