Removing the iisstart.html file had caused the HTTP Error code to appear. Adding the iisstart.html file back into Default Documents the error message will not be displayed and the IIS7 splash screen will reappear.
3. Will show the IIS7 splash screen. Unsure why.
4. The IIS7 splash screen had reappeared. I do not know. The renaming of the iisstart.html file to Default may have initialized the file to be added back into the Default Document node.
5. Displays the items within the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot directory. With the Directory Browsing enabled, it browsed the directory of the default location of iisstart.
6. Credentials are not met to open the requested page.
7. In case the file is opened another application in the future for modifying the file, such as adding more content either text, pictures, etc.
