Nordstrom Swot Analysis
I would expect to consider retail industries using as a hardware tools is I phone in their organizations in the 21st century. So using I phones as a registers where you checkout. I seen that in only high end location of Nordstrom uses it in New York. The process works in a way of the sales person can help you to get informed about the product and if you decided to buy it you do not have to go to the register. The sales person carries I phone with them and they can check you out right in the spot. Of course this is for credit purchases if you like to use cash basically you will need a change so it has to be checked out through register. But on the other hand debit card can be used instead of credit cards to avoid going through the register. …show more content…
Also most of the stores such as department malls super markets are so huge in the United States that just even walking in those stores can be consider a walking exercise. Its not a time consuming to try to find the product you are looking for but also most registers are at the entrants of the stores that you have to go all the way back to checkout. Also this can be tough for example I have a toddler that I do not only walk but carry a stroller and other bags with me. So it would be easier if the sales person can come to me to checkout instead of me to carry tons of staff with me. So I am hoping more companies uses this service in the future so they can attract more customers in this unique way. Also I phones are can do exactly and more than the computers and registers. So many registers are do not have the system to track the products in sizes, colors that customer is looking for also they can not have loyal customers information. Because recognition is very important in customer care services industries .However with the I phone can do all of these plus it is easy to carry

Although ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is one of the leading providers of business outsourcing solutions, it has weaknesses that negatively affect the company. One significant aspect of ADP is that the company has clients in many foreign countries, but less than only 20% of ADP’s revenues come from other regions of the world. The company has been majorly focusing on customers’ needs here in the US, keeping their clients up to date with the current laws and regulations (their HR department) and making payroll processing convenient. What they lack, though, is a diversified geographic. It’s important to concentrate on the US operations, but other countries have specific issues that may need to be handled differently. If ADP wants to expand and take full advantage of their services, they ought to pay more attention to their geographic diversification.…
