    It is required that I maintain 100% accountability for you at all times. You are required to ensure that I know where you are at all times by contacting me regularly. Below are the times for the five formations we will have each duty day in which you are required to be present for each of them. If you are having any issues making it to any of these formations, you are to call me immediately, as soon as possible in advance so I am able to account for you and/or make any necessary arrangements needed to assist you in making it to your appointed place of duty.
