Address Standards 2, 4, And 5 Standards
Standards 2, 4, and 5 were met in the previously submitted report, therefore the associated documents may include identification of these standards but the following narrative will not be included in this revised report. This revised report will only address standards 1 and 3, as they are the standards that have been met with conditions.

The National Recognition Report states that the following conditions must be met in order to obtain full national recognition:
• Candidate pass rate is inconsistent on all assessments that demonstrate knowledge in all standards.
• Candidates do not consistently demonstrate knowledge of young adolescent development and the ability to use that knowledge across assessments.
• Assessments and rubrics do not clearly align with the content and substance of Standard 3 so that there are data that clearly demonstrate candidates' understanding of the major concepts, theories and research underlying the philosophical foundations of developmentally responsive middle level programs and schools.

Response to Conditions:
• The assessments have been realigned to the AMLE standard based on assignment and rubric criteria Current data from the 2014-2015 and the 2015-2016 administrations of the attached assessments show that candidates adhere to the AMLE
