1. SITUATION.
a. FORSCOM directs the review, tracking and validation of all temporary profiles to determine whether or not Soldiers with these profiles should be referred to a MOS
Administrative Retention Review (MAR2), a Medical Evaluation Board (MEB)/Disability
Evaluation System (DES), continue on the profile or return to duty without a profile.
This order supersedes FRAGO 10 TO OPORD PW 11-11-761 (Profile Review Boards), dated 20 Aug 12.
b. In accordance with OPORD PW 11-02-138, (Non-Deployable Soldier Reporting),
Units are to conduct detailed monthly reviews of their Medically Non-Deployable (MND)
Soldier population. During these monthly reviews, Commanders should track temporary profiles and ensure proper resources are used to provide Soldiers on temporary profiles

    Tesco identifies vacancy in different ways firstly, if someone quits their job they would immediately know that person has left and needs to be replaced. If there is more demand online they would know that they need fewer checkouts and need more personal shoppers. If Tesco have an expansion they would know there is more vacancies because more shifts need to be covered. There a quite a few jobs which people do at Tesco. the lower level jobs are going to have a more simple description whereas the higher levers are going to be more complex and it is likely that they will change over time but the lower levels probably won't. tesco goes with this by rating the jobs in levels, level 1 are the frontline jobs working directly with customers. Various in-store tasks, such as filling shelves with stock. Requires the ability to work accurately and with enthusiasm and to interact well with others. Then it goes up to a higher level. Work level 2 is leading a team of employees who deal directly with customers. Requires the ability to manage resources, to set targets, to manage and motivate others. Work level 3 is running an operating unit. Requires management skills, including planning, target setting and reporting. Work level 4 are the people who are supporting operating units and recommending strategic change. Requires good knowledge of the business, the skills to analyse information and to make decisions, and the ability to lead others. For work level 5 people are responsible for the performance of Tesco as a whole. Requires the ability to lead and direct others, and to make major decisions. The highest level is 6 which are for people who are creating the purpose, values and goals for Tesco plc. Responsibility for Tesco’s performance.     Drinking among the youth has become quite a problem internationally. A lot of the blame for this international problem has been shifted toward the advertising ways and means that these companies use. The exposure to advertisement of alcohol provides awareness of alcohol, which then leads to increased intentions of drinking, positive beliefs about alcohol, and also a higher likelihood of consumption. Although the exposure to advertising is such a huge risk to the youth population there have been very few approaches looked at in reducing or limiting exposure. “Worldwide, the most common means of limiting youth exposure to alcohol advertising is through alcohol industry self-regulation” .
