It is necessary because some of the things that would need to be addressed within a response and recovery collaboration or planning. However, to create a plan, we will need to have a better sympathetic of what type of mediation that will be needed to explain how it might affects first responders, law enforcement, or other government agencies’ responding to any crisis events. When we think of mitigation it is explained as the effort that we placed within the responding organizations which will help them to decrease the loss of life or property by lessen the impact of massive disasters. Since we cannot always know when the next crisis/disaster will happen, we need to be prepared for when it does happen, thereby if we are not prepared to survive the disaster safely, and promptly, then the consequences and the fatality will be devastating. Therefore, to accomplish this, we will need to use some of the extenuation plans for our recovery and response planning which are:

The attack that happened on 9/11 was a very bold, and we should be mindful of the next attack on our soil, because that attack could be even bolder, so we should never put our guard down. Thereby, when we are able to move away from the blame game, then we can turn our focus on listening to suggestions to improve on our communication system, recovery, and legal issues that may follow after the dust has cleared, and command these organizations to cooperate for the greater good of our Nation.
