After being given a $2500.00 budget, I have complete my research and have produced a purchase order which will fit the require specifications * Completeness: both systems choses are able to access each other wirelessly and with the open source BIG4 accounting program, information can be processed easily * Ease of Use: Both systems share the same OS system. * Versatility: Includes the big4 making it versatile for most commercial uses * Security: AVG free edition anti-virus provides sufficient protection * Storage: 3TB storage , enough space for lots of Data * Input/output: printer adequate for both scanning and printing * Cost: Total Cost of everything is with-in the given budget
