This research is run to determine the satisfaction of IIUM’s student on the quality of food and the management of Mahallah Bilal Cafe. Mahallah Bilal Cafe is one of the cafe in the IIUM compound that situated in Mahallah Bilal (make hostel) in IIUM Gombak under the management of Waqec and a very important to the residents as their food court. This cafe provided several type of drinks and foods such as western food, local food and also arabic food. It is also a place where the residents meet during meal time. This cafe provided with a large flat screen tv as the entertainment to the valued customer while enjoy their meal there. Mostly, this cafe will be full with people during football night where there were football match being held around the world.

OBJECTIVE
The objective of this paper: 1. To determine the satisfaction of IIUM’s student on two things that are the quality of food provided by the cafe’s management and the management of the cafe itself included the cleanliness of their cafe, food and attire. 2. To learn and observe important quality concepts through actual practice. 3. To practice information and knowledge finding through various other meaning. 4. To inculcate teamwork.

PROBLEM
There are several problems that occur related to the Mahallah Bilal Cafe:
(1) Few customer come to this cafe
(2) Limited variety of food provided
(3) Quality of food and the management related to the clean liness that is very poor
(4) Unconsistent food price
We use one of the quality control tools to determine the root cause of the problem that is the cause and effect(ishikawa) diagram. 1. Dusty environment especially on the fan 2. Unproper water drain 3. Used plate and plastic left on table in certain period before being clean up lead attraction of flies. 1. No price standardize lead to unconsistent food price.
