Leadership Assessment
“Leadership assessment is the backbone of a sustainable leadership pipeline. However, organizations often struggle with determining how to identify leaders with potential, which assessment approach to use, and how to apply assessment results” (Hewitt, 2015). Nevertheless, the method which the organizations approach assessment and how the methods are utilized make an impact on the effectiveness of assessment in powering a strong and sustainable leadership bench. Leadership assessment tool will be analyzed in table form. (Refer appendix 2,table:1 and 2 )
Personality as a tool of leadership assessment.
To start with, Mrs. Zeena has a more introvert personality, as she is gentle quite caring and helpful in nature. She relates people and things to the world of ideas rather than the world of people and things. She holds stress, feelings, and ideas and builds up as long as possible. Though she is quiet and shy but friendly and generally reserved for incredible drives for their own ideas. Moreover, she is very detailed and somewhat of a perfectionist, carefully thinking about things before the act, unlike extrovert people they think and can cut other people off also sometimes say things without thinking through the consequences. They are quiet and reserved, and hard to get to know well. They hold back their ideas and opinion except the closest friends. They are kindhearted, and sensitive when dealing with others. They are interested in contributing to people's sense of well-being and happiness, and will put a great deal of effort and energy into tasks which they believe in. They're likely to choose jobs and careers which allow them the freedom of working towards the realization of their value-oriented personal goals. They are skilled at using tools and with problem-solving. They are artistic and thrive when they are given the freedom to create. (refer appendix 3 table
