Lead Sheet Speech

Good morning!
My thoughts on the lead sheets as we have spoken about yesterday!
I have attached a copy of the “approved” referral list – if a referral is highlighted in yellow on this list then more info is needed. i.e – Plumber – Plumbing Company – Plumbers Name; Insurance – Insurance Company – Agents Name; ect. I did give Carrie W. a copy of this with all this info, just not sure what she did with it. I believe we need to try and get as much info for the customer upfront without being overbearing. I think there can be a tactful way to ask these questions! What is important to me to see on a lead sheet is the referral source and insurance agent info. (I would also like to have a copy of every lead sheet if you can make it happen!!!)
