Preface
1. Introduction 1.1 Statement of the Problem

At King’s College of Marbel, Inc. enrollment is an exciting day for every student especially in college where the problems in enrolling arise. One of the problems arise in enrolling the student are not systematized the process of enrolling of a student, manually process, using flash drive that cause of delaying process. Therefore, the researchers got an idea to make a good enrollment process by making an automated system that each of everyone automatically enrolled not as quick/faster as the system but it makes easier and real able record of files and it keep the enrollment process safe. By fill up the enrollment form then submit the enrollment form to the registrar, the registrar will encode the form of a student, and the student will pay the school fees after that the form will print it out.

1.2 Current State of the Technology

King’s College of Marbel, Inc. started to open the school for college, they are only depending on their files unsecured and prone to virus by inserting the flash drive in any computer as their files storage w/c makes data information delayed and inconsistent. Manual processes/ procedures mean that filling up some forms, fall in line and wait for their turn that causes delaying enrolling 500 students or more. It is what King’s College of Marbel, Inc. doing since the school started their business.

1.3 Objectives

1.4.1 General Objectives
This study aims to develop an automated Enrollment System for King’s College. Secured, faster and more accurate enrollment of the student’s by encoding the information using the database.

1.4.2 Specific Objectives a) To develop an Automated Enrollment System to expedite the process. b) To encode the form of a student in the system not too difficult. c) To secure the data/files in the database.
