Introduction:
Computerization is a control scheme that manages transactions in I.T. Industry to produce efficient and effective output. The computer is most likely one of the great technological triggers for future change. Computer nowadays have infiltrated every aspect of our society, and now they have more than simply compute. It reduces human error and transaction time, thus it will provide productivity which results high quality outcome. With this, it can result to an accurate and quality system with well – integrated process. Manual process of keeping records is no longer appropriate to maintain the efficiency of information or data.
The office of the Registrar has the duty to maintain student academic records such as Student’s Data Registration, Enrollment Process, Student’s Examination Permit, Issuance of Good Moral Certificate, Issuance of Certification of Registration, Transcript of Records, Monitoring academic progress for undergraduate degrees, Evaluation of transfer credits for new and undergraduate degrees
Enrollment systems are used in recording a student’s information. A well built one will reduce the load on the People that normally have to-do all the work.
The system design project, Enrollment System that will provide the needed and storing information in a faster, more convenient way by storing file of the student enrollees in a computer system that will lessen the effort of faculty staff in storing files of each student every now and then. This will also serve as information especially for the irregular students, freshmen, transferee, and professor in able to get access in course, subject, professor, and student enrollees. This information here can be viewed in just a second without worrying that a single file is lost. The idea behind an enrollment system is not a new concept. As student enrollees increase every year, enrollment procedure become harder to deal. This
