Keeping fit and doing sport.
In my opinion , people can’t do without sport. They go in for sports for different reasons. First of all sport helps us stay in good shape, to keep fit and to be healyhy.It makes us strong and fast. What is more sport builds our character. It teaches us to win and lose and to overcome difficulties.It goes without saying that sport makes us more organised and better disciplined in our daily activity.Besides,it is a good way to spend you free time and to make new friends.
Some people argue that sport is not very useful.It takes a lot of energy and time .As a result people have broken legs and arms. I agree that some sports, for example rack climbing can be dangerous. But if you go in for sports just for pleasure to keep fit and to be healthy than sport is definitely usefull.
To be healthy we should also avoid different bad habits.In my opinion smoking, drinking too much alcohol and taking drugs are the worst ones.it is common knowledge that smoking can shorten our life.It causes a number of heart and lung diseases like pneumonia and canser.Besides, it makes your teeth yellow and skin unhealthy.
Food can also be injurious to us.Many people like drinking coca cola and enjoy pizzas and hamburgers.But what is taisty is not always healthy.Fast food makes you fat and ill.
To be healthy it is very important to spend a lot of time in open air.It is usefull to go for a walk before going to bed or to air the room.
I think it is very important to be fit and healthy and it is necessary to take care of your healthy.
