What about James Thomas Burdine why hasn't he been charged too ? He there committed the crime also with Tyler and ran home right after it happened .. Hell his daddy, Jimmy Burdine went down to the body of Leo to see if he was dead and to cover for James Thomas Burdine. Jimmy Burdine talked to the police and gave a false statement and should be charged with, tamper with evidence of body/corpse . Hell he was outside watching and knew what was going on wanting to see a fight.. The police can check James Burdine phone messages with Tyler Jeffers to prove they both was involved .. James Burdine went and got a new phone right after Leo got Killed to cover up being involved . Why was Leo shot from Behind? Even the Neighbors of Tyler Jeffers

Tyler and Burdine as well as others were standing in the dark to where Leo couldn't see them as he got out the car. Leo has seen it was a set up. Tyler Jeffers pulled the gun on Leo and told him to give up everything he got then Leo tried to run. That's when Tyler decided to pull the trigger . Leo was laying in the middle of the right side hand of the road. There was several people run away from the scene . Tyler Jeffersfriends are just as guilty as they didn't call the cops, they ran they covered for Tyler Jeffers ... The friends said it was a robbery Lied. Tyler Jeffers -- James Burdine --- Kevin Wireman Set Leo Up to come there to get revenge on Leo and to rob him .. Because Kevin Wireman told Tyler Jeffers that He heard Leo was talking about robbing him from a friend. So Tyler Jeffers wanted to set Leo Up and to take care of business to rob Leo and shame him in front of friends . So many are scared to speak out because these kids are packing guns .
