Specific purpose = To inform my audience about the important steps to reduce the risks of wearing contact lenses.
Central idea = There are three important important steps to reduce the risks of wearing contact lenses which are cleans hands properly and use the correct contact lens solution, follow the correct contact lens replacement schedule,and never share contact lens with others.
Value = To give useful information to others who wear contact lenses,even to those who do not wear contact lenses,they can tell others who wear the contact lenses about this informations.

I had already wear contact lenses almost four years and had already did a lot of researches about contact lenses risks and the precaution steps to avoid them.I also had been asking a lots of those who are senior in wearing contact lenses about their experiences,and their comments about contact lenses,I even have asked the eye care professionals n optometrists when I visited them for eye checking because I had vision problems that forcing me to wear additional vision aided. 4- Preview the body of the speech :
