In Humble Surgical hospital, the leadership is the owner of vision. The vision and mission of the hospital have shaped its the culture which has helped to establish hospital values.
The vision set the purpose, and the values which governed the standard of the employees behaviors and the set of minds necessary to realize the vision.
The leadership do give serious attention to the hospital cultural values and continuously communicate and coach employees about the important of living the cultural values.
