which I have been doing a great job maintaining. I graduate in a couple months with a current G.P.A. of 3.80. My education along with a high G.P.A. will be a great step towards my career goals. I plan to do a lot of networking; I know that will help me reach out and penetrated the hidden job market. After graduating, I plan to volunteer with various social service agencies and police departments so that I can gain experience and hands-on knowledge of my field of study. I will make great use of my portfolio, which is and could be an advantage since most job seekers only use a resume and very few even utilize a cover letter. When I start to actively seek jobs in my career field, I will be making some changes as far as my behavior and activities on social sites. I can admit that I have some things posted that I should not have up, and it could be because I am content with where I am because I plan on staying with my current company to gain some valuable skills needed to be an asset in today’s job market. I think I can gain from my current employment because I wear many hats and work around/with top executives. I am an Administrative Assistant to the President of a Medical Manufacturing Company; I get to see day to day operations, take on many roles and work on my communication
