CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION This chapter is going to describe in detail a procedure how to build a marketing plan to launch new product cheese cake mix.

5.1 Target consumers
According to research results, as for target consumers we aim to focus on 18 – 40 year olds female because in chapter 4, the outcome indicates that more than 70 percent of cake mix purchasers are female and nearly 80 percent of them are from 18 – 40 years old. It makes sense that female both single and married women normally enjoy cooking, especially baking cakes than male does. Almost target consumers are in working age, we concentrate on people who work for enterprises as officials or run their own business, or also work as freelancer. At Puratos we have “Sensobus” tool, it is a unique and fully-equipped sensory analysis lab on wheels that can travel to where consumers shop for food, we will utilize this to test cheese cake mix quality before launching product to the market. It means that our technical team will prepare four cake samples which are made from cheese cake mix and then we invite consumers to taste the cakes and let us know their ideas. It means that to make noise about the born of new product we place “Cheese cake mix booths” near selling points, for example in the supermarket, convenient stores or along the streets which are close to big retailer stores. All marketing materials related to cheese cake mix such as poster, banner, brochure, leaflet, mascot and so on will be displayed. We also conduct product sampling. As we mentioned above cheese is the flavor preferred by almost people, and there is no ready cheese cake mix in Vietnam market until now, consumers make cheese cakes by adding flavor by themselves. Due to totally new products, we would like to offer an opportunity for consumers to taste product before they make purchase. At any point of sales, two promotion girls will be hired and do the sampling for us. They will invite shoppers to taste cheese cake made from our cake mix and then introduce about product
