1. Introduction

There many reservation systems around the world. Definitely, you will find many differences between them. For example: The usage, the reports it produces, the features of the home page and the way it is connected to other departments. Hotels reservation systems are different according to what the management needs/requires out of the system. It also depends on what they aim for.
Furthermore, there are two types of reservation systems in each hotel whether an online reservation system or a front desk reservation system. In this report, we made our researches based on a front desk reservation system. ibis hotel reservation system uses one of the best systems around the world which is called opera, nevertheless it has a few disadvantages such as: slow speed or retrieving the data based on the limitation of the capacity of the current storage. The following subsections of the Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) document provide an overview of the entire SRS.

1.1 Objective/s of the Project

As known, in our fast running world everything needs to be documented, organized and easy to be retrieved. That’s one of the reasons upon why we have systems around the world. Each system has a different usage and abilities for every organization. The main objectives behind this project are the following:
1- To analysis the way reservation system in Hotels is functioned.
2- The way the user interact with the system

The Software Requirements Specification (SRS) will provide a detailed description of the requirements for the Hotel reservation System. This SRS will allow for a complete understanding of what is to be expected in order for the system to be

    Del Carmen Hotel started in the year of 2010. Del Carmen is located in San Pedro Agoo, La Union. It was owned by Mrs. Anderia F. Del Carmen, she’s a Business women. It is a module that eases the process of accessioning of rooms by the costumer who want to reserve a room in the Hotel. Automatic generation of reserving and computing the payments of staying and occupied the rooms, and availability of the rooms. It is a module that ensures policies in terms of reserving and computing the payments of rooms to be reported in the manager and explaining in the costumer if there is a question. The system includes a module for buck-up and recovery in reservation and computing the payments. In accordance with this, it is proposed that a reservation system of Del Carmen Hotel will be developing to meet the needs of the reservation area.…
