In my opinion, the benefit of eating fast foods is to provide to save time. In living fast pace of life, there are many people don’t have adequate time to cook a meal so fast food is a emerge solution for those people. Many people feel fast food is very appealing because it is not only hot and tasty but also cheap and convenient. In fact, there are many drawbacks of fast foods that outweigh this advantage. The excessive consumption of fast food can lead to create health issues like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. Beyond the consequences to health, it takes accountability and knowledge away from the consumer, since we often don’t know what’s really in the food we’re eating or how it’s prepared. In recent years, the world has witnessed a booming number of food additives produced by chemicals. Scientists remarked that the high of these food additives intake might cause serious health problems.
Fast food is unhealthy and it has a lot of saturated fat, calories, sodium content which doesn’t do well for the residents, especially for those suffering from high blood pressure, there by, it also hardly contains any vitamins and protein, your blood sugar levels drop suddenly after consuming fast food leaving you feeling uncomfortable, dispirited. High blood pressure is main cause of strokes.
The main issue with fast food is that it does not provide the nutrients the body needs to be healthy, such as fruits, vegetables. This may result in symptoms of exhausted and the lack of energy needed to accomplish everyday things. your blood sugar levels drop suddenly after consuming fast food leaving you feeling irritable
Traditional foods are being replaced by international fast foods. This is having a negative effect on both families and societies
Some people suggest that fast foods are a good fit for current modern society, while many others argue that traditional foods are more healthy and beneficial to people and society in the long run. Personally I am in favour of the latter view.
This concept would make our idea that junk food can be eaten as staple food for everyday, which would cause detrimental influence on the health of future generations.
As we know that, the chicken was raised by adding growth hormones in chicken’s food, the oil is using repeatedly that is very bad for human-being healthy.
This is why it is so important to make healthy choices when dealing with food. In order to live a healthy lifestyle balance is vital and essential to success, both physically and emotionally.
