Good Evening Deb Research Paper
Good Evening Deb,

Thank you for the phone call today to update me on the process.

I reviewed all the benefit options and do have a few questions:

Would this be considered a salary position?

Do you know what the deductibles are per individual? We currently have a high deductible plan, so we are paying about the same for the POS with an obnoxiously high deductible!

Does a part time person really get holiday pay and immediately? If so, wow!

All of the added bonuses outlined on the Benefit Summary pages sound great!

You truly had my hear racing today! You have no idea how much joy it would bring me to leave the insurance world behind! It's been good to me, but I'm ready for something that provokes a little more passion and enthusiasm!

In 1981, Todd Strasser wrote a historical fiction book entitled The Wave. Based on a true story, the novel is about an experiment conducted at a high school in California. The experiment was conducted to answer students’ questions toward a better comprehension of the Holocaust. The students could not understand how the killing of over ten million people could go unnoticed (Goldhagen). Others questioned how easy it was to fall for fascism. As the experiment continued, students begin to lose the idea of being anonymous (Strasser).…

According to Martin and Steele (2010, p.13), “The two principal professional associations in Australia – CPA Australia (the CPA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (the Institute) have indicated their awareness of the significance of issues of sustainability reporting and development of appropriate skill sets in word and in deed. The commitment of both organisations to sustainability principles has been shown by their adoption of, and support for, sustainability-focused reporting approaches and by their opting to take up membership of the Accounting for Sustainability Forum”.…
