9.Compare your food intake record to the Your Guide to Functional Foods table on p. 61 of your textbook. Explain what compounds you consumed, the foods you consumed and what health benefit it can provide. If you did not consume any functional foods, suggest some functional foods that you will try to incorporate into your diet and the health benefits that they will provide.
I compounds I consumed were Whole grains, antibiotic and Omega-3 fatty acids in the food items like Oatmeal, Salmon, brown rice, and yogurt. This items can contribute to my health, lower my blood pressure, lower my cholesterol, lower the risk of chronic disease. Overall I will like to live a healthy
