About The Trainer
MOHAMAD SARUJEE BIN OMAR, SAM (CHT), (LFIHM), (CFBM), (FMFBEA) received his early education from Maxwell Road School Kuala Lumpur and went on to pursue his Professional Education in Food & Beverage overseas. He is a Certified Hospitality Trainer (USA), Food & Beverage Manager, Life Fellow of Institute Hospitality Management (Ireland) and Fellow of Malaysian Food & Beverage Executive Association. In the past 46 years, he has acquired valuable experience at various management levels in the Food & Beverage Industry. Some of the organizations he has worked with include A&W in Malaysia and Singapore, Tadmansori Hotel Resort, Melia Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Petaling Jaya, Jaya Puri Hotel Petaling Jaya and De Palma Hotel Ampang. The valuable and rounded experience he has obtained over the years has made him an authority in total hospitality business which includes service oriented establishments i.e. Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage Management, Banqueting and Conference, Budgeting and Training for Management and Operations. He is a Specialist in Hotels and Restaurants as certified by JPK.
