1. PROJECT OVERVIEW

Industrialization is very important for the development of country. It is considered as the backbone for the economy of country. Every businessman wants to grow its business by increasing its productivity.
The task which is given to our organization is only the civil works for the Extension of Paint Shop at Indus Motor Company. Our aim to complete this project within the given time and budget in order to follow all the policies and standards of client.
This proposal includes the planning, scheduling and execution of all the construction activities of this project. The proposed budget of this project is 80 million rupees and the completion time of all civil activities is 105 calendar days. The covered area of this extension

The covered area of this extension is 10000 sq. yds. The budget of this project is 80 million rupees and the time to complete this project is 105 calendar days.

2.1 INCLUSIONS
• 95 Isolated Foundations with short columns.
• Plinth Beams
• Anchor bolts fixing on each columns for MS Structure
• Slab-on-Grade (SOG) on 10000 sq. yds.
• RCC Control room with covered area of 500 sq. yds.
• To follow the HSE plan provide by client.

2.2 EXCLUSIONS
• All drawing provide by client.
• All approvals taken by clients.
• SST will be pay be client.
• MS structure installation will be done by client.
• Anchor bolts will be provided by client.

2.3 ASSUMPTIONS
• PM Constructors work on Insurance Guarantee.
• Electricity & Water is provided by client free of cost.
• All soil test have been conducted by client.

Extension of Paint Shop (only Civil Works) at Indus Motor Company located in Port Qasim, Karachi. The covered area of this extension is 10000 sq. yds. The budget of this project is 80 million rupees and the time to complete this project is 105 calendar days.
