Excelon's Organizational Performance Analysis
There was an article written by Roger Trapp (23 March 2014) ‘Successful Organisations Need Leaders At All Levels’, leadership is the key element in an organisation. The leadership style in the organisation will contribute a lot in creating the company’s culture and practices. It is crucial in finding good leaders at all levels in an organisation who can inspire others to perform, who has the ability to innovate, who can acquire a different level of understanding and consideration rapidly towards the multiple generations of leaders and changing of technologies.

White (n.d) suggests that there are specific vibrant characteristics that can be found in great leaders, and it can be natural part of their personality or it can be developed over time.

Meeks in his article (23 Nov 2010) ‘A Successful Organization Depends on Effective Leadership’, to be an effective leader, one must love those that he leads. In this case, it has well complimented the leadership that Excelon’s CEO, Mr Michael Ye has demonstrated to his followers. Zack as his direct assistant has somehow inherited the leadership style that he learnt from his boss.

In our opinion, we are impressed with the whole organisation success and excellence. Excelon’s organizational performance has been contributed from its ‘simplicity’ in their roles and functions of each employee. They are practicing ‘KISS’ – Keep It Short and Simple’. They are able to make quick decision with the trust that the top management entrusted to the employees. Employees have no doubt in the company stability and accountability. It seems that all the employees understand what the expectation from their higher management is and they have been responsible in their work performance.

The employees who are working in Excelon are generally happy with their roles and responsibilities. They are willing to go extra mile for the company and contribute more than the higher management’s expectation. It is very crucial to keep the good morale of the employees and

    Leadership is essentially the core and spirit of an organization (Mills, 2005). As the people in control of the affairs of an organisation, leaders manage the organisation's affairs, relate with employees on a daily basis, face to face.
