- Life giving Element of any Organization is Management:

What is Organization? - Organization is human associations for achieving goals and ideas to satisfy human needs. Hence, organizations are processing units which transfer certain inputs from the environment into specified outputs desired by society. - “An Organization is a systematic arrangement of people to accomplish some specific purpose.” -Stephen P. Robbins(1996)

Today we are surrounded by Organizations. From morning to night, we are in need of Organization. The food we eat, the clothes we wear, the school we study in, the bikes we ride or the pen write which all are the outcome of Organization. In today’s perspective “Human beings are independent” is just a theory. In fact he/she is always bound to organization and without organization sustaining in 21st Century is just like a fish without water.

How a Management Life giving Element of Organization?

- Organization is for achieving goal and management achieves goals by balancing the requirements of job and people and performs functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling which serve as means of achievement of goal. - Organizations are open systems that are influenced by environment. Management Adopt organization to changing environmental forces, meets environmental challenges. - Management solves organizational problems. It identifies and evaluates various alternatives and chooses appropriate alternative for problem solving. - Management responds to social needs and expectations. Thus, keeping the organization socially responsible. - Human, Financial, Physical and Information recourses are important for organization for organizations. Management utilizes and co-ordinates these resources.

From above we can say that: i) Minus Organization from our life, then we are nothing. ii)
