Estrategia Del Oceano Azul
Me enfocaré de dos formas en mi análisis e invitaré juntos a sacar algunas conclusiones.

Caso 1:
De el libro "Blue Ocean Strategy" o "La Estrategia del Océano Azul".
Estoy leyendo hace un par de días éste libro, del autorW.Cham Kim , el cual recomiendo de todas maneras, trata principalmente de como dejar a un lado la competencia destructiva entre las empresas si se quiere ser un ganador en el futuro, ampliando los horizontes del mercado y generando valor a través de la innovación.

Menciona la diferencia entre entre los océanos rojos y losocéanos azules, los primeros representan a todas las industrias que existen en la realidad y los segundos simbolizan a las ideas de negocios hoy desconocidas.

Para los océanos rojos los límites de la industria están definidos y las reglas del juego son conocidas,en éste mundo se gana arañando poco a poco a la competencia, mientras mas rivales, menos posibilidades de beneficios y crecimiento.

Para los océanos azules,la estrategia va por crear mercados en áreas que no estan explotadas y que generan oportunidades de crecimiento rentable a largo plazo, como las reglas de juego no estan establecidas,éstas esperan ser fijadas por los mismos océanos azules.

Me enfocaré principalmente a los principios del libro que gatillan a la formación de Océanos Azules, eso porque quiero entender la organización que opera con esa metodología:

Principios para desarrollar una Estrategia de Océanos Azules, son las siguientes:
1.-Crear nuevos espacios de consumo: Establecer un proceso estructurado que logre ampliar los límites del mercado tal y como se concibe hoy día.
Ejemplo: La empresa NetJets

2.- Las empresas de una industria suelen competir por un segmento de clientes: Los océanos azules buscan la diferenciación.
Ejemplo: Caso de Ralp Lauren

3.-Sustituir al grupo de personas al que se dirige la oferta de una empresa por otro: Si se modifican las estratégias convencionales de una industria, el mercado puede
