The scope of this assignment will include the areas of personality types of the characters, EQ affecting the performance and leadership. There are two dominant frameworks that used to describe personalities which are Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) and Big Five Model. The Big Five Model of Personality dimensions are extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism. In this essay, the personalities, emotional quotient (EQ) and the leadership that showed by Daniel Kwok will be discussed. The graphic novel shows one of the main characters named Daniel Kwok who holds the position of manager at Shoppe. Daniel Kwok has a lower level of extraversion.
