After taking the Myers- Briggs self -assessment test, I found out a lot about myself I thought I knew, and didn’t. In taking the test I found out that I assumed I was one type of person that thought a particular way. I was confused after taking the test I didn’t quite understand my results until I read the Joe Butt and Marina Margaret Heiss report on my self-assessment test.
My test results assessed me as an ISFP. Which stands for an Introvert, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving personality? I’m 22% Introvert, 1% Sensing, 62% Feeling, and 67% Perceiving.
The results state I have a slight preference over extraversion 22%. A marginal or no preference of sensing over intuition 1% distinctive preference of perceiving over judging 67%.
At the beginning to the end of the assessment I had trouble understanding the purpose of all the questions I felt like I was repeating myself when answering the questions .Once I read my self- awareness development plan given by Joe Butt; I gained a better understanding of my assessment results from the Myers –Briggs test.I was surprised
