Mushrooms provide numerous health and nutritional benefits. It is mushroom with large amounts of nutrients including proteins, vitamins, minerals, and containing significant amounts of zinc, iron, potassium, and folic acid. Eryngii mushroom has naturally occurring antioxidants, including the amino acid Ergothioneine, which protects the body’s cells against free radicals. In addition, it reducing the risk of chronic disease. Furthermore, the compound found in the mushroom called Lovastatin. It is compound emphasisto abate cholesterol from the circulatory system, and assist tohealthy heart. The Eryngii mushroom is a low fat with high protein. So, our group choose Grilled Mushroom Salad
