Title: Ergonomic Analysis 1: Documenting the Problem

This step, which is related to the first specific objective, should enable you to produce a progress report by the due date for Assignment #1. This progress report will include:
1. A brief description of the organization (can be one you currently work with, one you are interested in working with, one that you have researched independently, or an organization that is fictional).
For example - the type of goods or services produced
2. A definition of the health or safety problem, based on:
Interviewing a manager or representative (not a worker) of the organization
Interviewing workers, foremen and anyone else involved about the particular risk identified. 3. A description of the work-related context activity you have chosen containing:
Information on the worker(s): age, gender, seniority
How the activity fits into the overall system for producing goods or services
Data on the workstation: dimensions, layout, and physical conditions

Based on the job description provided by the organization, or information obtained from workers and managers

BillCollects Inc. is a quickly growing fund management organization specializing in third party collections. BillCollects Inc. simultaneously gets contracts from different major banks and telecommunication companies and make % of money they collect through over due bills and charges. 90% staff is fulltime call centre agents or representatives.
