I would be an exceptional candidate for NHS because not only do I set good examples in my academics, but also in my community and school. I live off of helping others, that is just who I am. I also am a hard worker, and when I have my mind set, it is set for good. I am interested in joining this organization because I am self-assured that my caring and compassionate personality will continue to help others in a substantial way. With all of this in mind, I am positive that I would be a valuable member to NHS and Carroll Jr. /Sr. High School.     As a student, it is a great honor to be just nominated as candidate for National Honor society. It shows me that I have been working hard to stand out more than others. Throughout my high school career, I want to be one of the top and I have been trying to reach that goal. I have chosen to take all honor classes to help me get there. I also show traits that could make me a good leader. I was also elected to go to the North Suburban Leadership Conference.
