This document contains a plan of a perceived business opportunity. The opportunity realised is in the World Wide Web domain catering to a particular city in India, Bangalore. Though the aspirations are to go global, this business plan is based on plans based on the need in the city of Bangalore. The website would have the web address, www.aider.com. The word “Aider” has its origins in French language which means “to help”. As the synonym of the name suggests, aider.com was conceived with the intention to help people put their information online efficiently and without any hassles for a nominal charge, regardless of their technology skills or experience. Website building, particularly, as they say, for the technologically “handicapped” can be a daunting task. Aider.com was created with the intention of breaking these barriers and enabling its users to build their own personalised high quality website simply and quickly. This proposal is based on a very simple business model.
