Emirates Sky Cargo Case Study
Introduction
The purpose behind this research is to study and evaluate security and health factors and their possible impact on reviniew of Emirates Sky Cargo. For this purpose the diverse chosen pattern of research for this purpose includes surveys, interviews, questioneers and all type of information that is readily available. The research is completed in series of steps including proposal, topic background history, literature review, collection of primary, analysis, and secondary data analysis, conclusion and recommendations.
About 30 employes were taken in for data collection , those who were willing and are readily available. Interviews are conducted including some senior managers to gather legitimate information. The information obtained

Safety in an organization;
In every organization there is always a possibility of damage ir accident. All types of work expose people towards certain hazards. These hazards can be confronted during shifting of load, while operating machienery , while handeling toxic substances, while travelling , while manual or digital work. Even people can be subject to psychological hazards in work environment. (ROSPA. 2014).
It is essential therefore to realise the importance of safety in work environment.The only reson one may not find accidients and diseases effection people is that the prevention or safety plan is in place. Ensuring safety and security shuld be part of every organisation. It is crutial to ensure protection of aircraft , its passengers and their property against any form of danger or injury.

5) Competency failures due to over expectation from employess and managers in safty measures and put many in illusion of safty
6)lastly Ignoring lessons learned can always put organisation at risk of confronting same type of mistakes again. ( Reason, J. (1998) pg. 293-306.)
For this reason it is essential for sizeable organisation to provide Safety management system that is independent and commited to cater safty related issues. Use of SMS is about applying quality management approach to manage safety risks. It requires organising, communicating , planning and providing directions.The Safety Management System provides a structured approach to manage and control risks regarding safty in operations.( skybrary. 2016) "the attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in relation to safety."
For a fight cargo following model of SMS is commony applied to gain and maintain good safety record.
