The advertisement utilizes techniques and elements to interest mothers of an active family. The use of a simple statement, contrasting vibrant, active colors, cohesion of the halved table, apple and waffle, and through having clean counters imply that Eggo Wafflers are for the active, independent, middle class families. The young age of the un-scrutinized child that fixed her own breakfast appeals to mothers longing for the little extra personal time during their hectic schedules.
