Disneyworld: Appropriate Vacation For Children
We had a total of 5 families, in cahoots to surprise all our children to a surprise vacation to Disneyworld. The planning involved mostly all the mothers, trolling for the best packaged deals and producing an itinerary for the 10 day long stay.

The first couple of days started off well enough, with all the kids (15 total) surprised to see each other and excited to be in Disneyworld.

Our well thought out plan to all meet at the beginning of each day and explore 1 theme park and then ending it with a Disney themed meal soon began to unravel. Failing to consider that not ALL the children wanted to see the same things on the days planned, eat at the same themed restaurant or that some families would opt out to venture on their own despite

The sound of kids laughing ringed through my ears as the Disney All-Star Movies transportation bus pulled up to the parking lot at Walt Disney World Resort. My stomach began to turn as the butterflies fluttered rapidly. I trailed behind my family as we walked towards the opening gates. My smile stretched across my face, and my cheeks began to feel sore. I listened as my mom gave her safety instructions. I was ready to go. I was ready to ride the rides. I was ready see the famous Disney Castle. I was ready to meet all of my role model Disney princesses. I was ready to go.…

My fondest of a Disney park was a 2005 trip to Disneyworld with my wife and young daughter. During our stay we visited the parts of the park my daughter prefered at the time, which was mainly princesses and fairy tales. One of her favorite rides in the park was called “it’s a small world”, which is a boat ride consisting of models of little islands, boats, and little figures. She also loved seeing all the princesses and visiting them. Personally, I like all of the roller coasters and thrill. Overall we had an amazing stay and a pleasant experience.…

Most people think of Disney World as a place for children. So, when my boys began asking to go there for our family vacation, I wasn’t very excited. I had never been there and imagined me and my husband just following the boys around the park. Boy, was I wrong! Each of us had a wonderful time and it seems that we all remember things different, even though we were all together on the same vacation. Our five different memories have apparently come from our five different senses.…

When I visited Disney world I was seven years old, attending with my grandparents. I had never been so excited in my life. We took a plane to get there, and I could practically hear all the Disney characters calling my name. The two hour trip, which seemed like ages to me, was finally over when we got off at the airport in Orlando. I was so excited I just wanted to run off immediately and see everything there was to see, which is obviously impossible. First we went to our…

I knew quite a bit about planning a Disney World vacation before I started. I learned a lot from the last time I went, and had help planning it from the family that was going with us last time. They did most of the scheduling and reservations. I knew about the dining plan, but I didn’t know how it worked or how it saved money. Before and during the process of planning, I consulted…

Disney World began on the drawing table in 1960. Walt Disney wanted to create a place where anyone could experience the joys and wonders of childhood regardless of their ages. I would like to ask the audience: When you think of a vacation in Disney World, what comes to mind? John Cloud from Time International stated it correctly when he said “You’re thinking roving packs of sunburned children who let their ice cream drip on your toes as you wait to ride Space Mountain. You're thinking overpriced hot dogs and hotel pools crammed with little kids leaving warm spots. All true, but the city has also quietly become a favored destination for adults traveling without kids”. I have been to Disney World over 30 times in my life. I have essentially grown up with Disney World so I know the best places to visit as a child and an adult. There are a variety of different exciting activities offered all within Walt Disney World. In a publication by MyPrimeTime.com, a website that offers inspiration and tips to adults, the author says that Disney World “offers adults, even without kids, so many recreation options that they can't possibly do them all in just a week… However, it's not easy to find information about [Disney World] that isn't geared for kids or families”. I am here today to show you that adults can have as much fun, if not more fun than, children at Disney World. I will begin with “Five-star Amenities”, then “Spots & Recreation”, and finally I will end with “Special Events”.…

That was a great day Just like most parents I started taking my son to Six Flags. I have such fond memories of our times at the park. For me to be able to watch my son enjoy some of the same rides that I enjoyed as a kid was fantastic. Watching a child run and have so much fun, is what keeps me young. “It was a hot sunny day, when I finally took my kids to the Disney Land. My son Matthew and my daughter Audra endlessly asked me to show them the dream land of many children with Mickey Mouse and Snow-white walking by and arousing a huge portion of emotions. Somehow these fairy tale creatures can make children happy without such “small” presents as $100 Lego or a Barby’s house in 6 rooms and garden furniture. Therefore, I thought that Disney Land was a good invention for loving parents.”…

When we think Disneyland, we think the happiest place on earth. For those who think this is an exaggeration, let me shed some light on why this place is magical for me. Disneyland to me means family traditions with a heart full of happiness and love. When you first enter Disneyland, you are overcome with a vast amount of emotions. I get a nervous feeling deep inside my gut. The excitement overwhelms me, knowing that in just a few small steps, I will see the castle at the end of Main Street. The smell of churros are in the air. The crowds are filled with children and parents. You can hear children’s laughter and excitement. And if you look closely, you can see Mickey and friends in the corner signing autographs and taking pictures. I close my…
