Differences Between Unions
Given the complexity of modern arbitration proceedings, do you think that professional legal representation for both unions and employers should be required? Why or why not?

Today out in the job working place anything could happen, anything can be said, and anything could go out of contexts. So having a professional legal representative is a smart and safe way to go. Not having to deal with the back and forth between the union and employers would save a lot of time and headache.

Why is this? A arbitration between a union and employer can get very nasty and take a very long time to settle. It could take months or even years that can take a toll on your life, body and mind. This can also lead to more stress, less sleep, and not able to perform your job to the best of your abilities. The complexity between the two would be far greater than any of parties would imagine.

Both parties wouldn't have to deal with each other if not chosen to and the professional representative do all the work. A professional legal representation knows exactly what to do and say in these certain situations. They know how to cut to the chase to get things done in a timely

    Unions are still beneficial in today’s work environment. From the beginning labor unions have been considered controversial. Most times people are either for or against labor unions. There are currently people fighting to try to pass laws to make it easier for labor unions to form. This is an issue because many companies are against labor unions and often try many different tactics to keep their employees from starting up a labor union.
