Creating these plans can be stressful at times when a deadline is placed at that point it can be difficult to come up with new ideas. Creativity is important in everyday life; we receive television, movies, music, and restaurants because of a person’s new innovated

Creativity- The definition of creativity bases on Webster’s Dictionary is: Creativity is marked by the ability or power to create- to bring into existence, to invest with a new form, to produce through imaginative skill, to make or bring into existence something new (Webster, 2011). Creativity by itself means nothing without the resouces to make those ideas a reality. Creative people are needed with in any organization to streach current thinking and practices.
