Creative Writing: Strangers In The Dumpster
“ 2 more days until New Year's Gilbert” Blanca said. Last year Blanca stayed up until midnight and she had hoped things would get better but when she told her parents they had said “Oh seguro que lo hiciste .” Her dad never even fueled his promise! So this year she would use whatever it took even video cameras or her neighbor Gilbert and his family and friends who live across the road. When Blanca got home she had a big grin on her face because of her new and brilliant plan.
“ Go to bed Blanca” her mother said “ Tomorrow is a New Year, and you need your rest.”
“olvídalo” Blanca whispered, she knew she would be able to do that but would her parents?

So Blanca walked away… but she came back!
Because she noticed Mrs. Delilah staring at a photo of an amazing looking dog and whispering

Mrs.Delilah slowly picked up a video camera and turned it on a video of her cat playing with a pair socks outside.The cat looked just a push-up but then there was a sound of barking! It was her neighbor who was always leaving the door unlocked, so his dog got out.
“Cuidado” she said to her cat! Then the dog chased the cat to the Public Bathrooms!!!!!! And they both got away. The video stopped and Mrs.Delilah started to cry into her hand. Mrs.Delilah walked over to a box and she pulled out a red sweater from the night she went looking for her cat, and she every time looks at it she can remember her cat.
“siempre te extrañaré” she said sadly. Blanca turned away was walking with her friend Carmen and she heard a Meow. Blanca walked over and saw Mrs. Delihas cat!
