Conceptual Framework
The PNP-Roxas Computerize Crime Recording System at present is done computerize. Based on the present system, the input consists of the present system of PNP-Roxas. The proponents developed a system through VB.Net as the front end and MYSQL as the back-end. After designing the system, the PNP-Roxas will be revise and adapt the PNP-Roxas Crime Record Management System.

LOCALE OF THE STUDY
This study will be conducted at PNP-Roxas, Isabela.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION The present system will be revised by PNP-Roxas Crime Record Management System and developed for the easiest way of deleting, editing, and saving of records. The system will record the information of solved and unsolved crimes.
The system is only for the PNP-Roxas, Isabela. Only the personal basic information of the suspect and victims will be stored in the system.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The study aimed to design and develop a system that provides the accurate and reliable information.
PNP-ROXAS. The main beneficiary of the study is the PNP-Roxas Station. The station would be adapting the innovation of technology through application program database that will make their work with optimum performance. The developed system will be handling the flows and problems that the organization is encountering.

Researchers. Enhances their programming skills, social awareness towards file record management protocols.

Future Researcher. This study will be used as future reference in conducting similar computerized crime record management system study.
Community. This system will served as a basic information about the current crime situation of the town.
Suspect. This system will provide an accurate situation of their case.
